在广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院放疗科工作19年,目前担任放疗科副主任(兼教学主任、放疗科二区负责人),头颈肿瘤放疗学术带头人,广东省鼻咽癌防治科技教育基地常务副主任。荣获岭南名医、广东省优秀科普专家、南方杰出科普医生、广东实力中青年医生、首届广州好医生等荣誉称号,获市级人才项目(广州市优秀专家)。主要学术任职:广东省健康科普促进会头颈肿瘤防治分会主任委员、中国健康促进基金会胸部肿瘤放疗分会副主任委员、中国抗癌协会肿瘤热疗分会委员、中国健康促进基金会头颈肿瘤分会常务委员、广州市医师协会放射肿瘤学分会主任委员、广东省医学会肿瘤学分会鼻咽癌学组组长、广东省精准医学与应用协会放射肿瘤分会副主任委员、广东省器官医学与技术协会肿瘤精准治疗分会副主任委员、广东省医学会放射肿瘤分会常务委员、广东省医师协会放射肿瘤分会常务委员、广州市医师协会常务理事、《实用医学杂志》编委/审稿专家。主持(或主要负责)各级科技或教育项目16项,第一/共一或通讯/共同通讯作者发表论文44篇,获各级奖项/荣誉共33项。
